4F Role of the Fire District Review Panel
The role of the Fire District Review Panel is to provide independent and informed advice to the Minister on the following matters—
(a)
whether it is necessary or desirable for the Fire Rescue Victoria fire district to be changed;
(b)
whether a change in fire risk, or something that may result in a change in fire risk, may warrant a review of the Fire Rescue Victoria fire district.
