10 Enrolment application from property occupier
An application under section 244(1) or (3) of the Act must be in writing and include the following details—
(a)
the name of the relevant Council;
(b)
the address of the relevant rateable property;
(c)
the personal details of the occupier making the application;
(d)
the name of the property owner;
(e)
a declaration signed and dated by the person that states that the person is—
(i)
an occupier of the rateable property; and
(ii)
liable to pay the rates for that property; and

(iii)
not otherwise enrolled on the voters' roll in the municipal district as a resident or ratepayer of a rateable property.
