14 Revocation of corporation appointment
A notice under section 245(7)(b) of the Act must be in writing and include the following details—
(a)
the name of the relevant Council;
(b)
the corporation details of the corporation seeking to revoke the appointment;
(c)
the personal details of the person whose appointment is to be revoked;
(d)
a declaration signed and dated by a person authorised to sign on behalf of the corporation that states that—
(i)
the person is authorised to make the notice of revocation on behalf of the corporation; and
(ii)
the appointment is revoked.
