11 Resignation of occupier enrolment
An application under section 244(4) of the Act must be in writing and include the following details—
(a)
the name of the relevant Council;
(b)
the address of the relevant rateable property;
(c)
the personal details of the occupier making the application;
(d)
a declaration signed and dated by the occupier that states that the occupier wishes to resign the occupier's enrolment as an occupier of the rateable property.
