8 Resignation of owner enrolment
An application under section 242(2) of the Act must be in writing and include the following details—
(a)
the name of the relevant Council;
(b)
the address of the relevant rateable property;
(c)
the personal details of the owner making the application;
(d)
a declaration signed and dated by the owner that states that the owner wishes to resign the owner's enrolment as an owner of the rateable property.
