13 Resignation of corporation representative
A notice under section 245(7)(a)(iii) of the Act must be in writing and include the following details—
(a)
the name of the relevant Council;
(b)
the personal details of the person who resigns the appointment;
(c)
the corporation details of the corporation that the person represented;
(d)
a declaration signed and dated by the person that states that the person resigns the appointment.
