2 Levy area declaration to be sent to Scrutiny of Acts and Regulations Committee
(1)
When a levy area declaration is made, the Minister must ensure that a copy of the declaration is given to the Scrutiny of Acts and Regulations Committee.
(2)
A levy area declaration must be given to the Scrutiny of Acts and Regulations Committee no later than 10 working days after the making of the declaration.
(3)
A failure to comply with subclause (1) or (2) does not affect the operation or effect of the levy area declaration.
