97 Preparation of draft report on a review
(1)
The Minister must—
(a)
prepare a draft report on a review; and
(b)
cause the draft report, and notice of its preparation, to be published on the internet.
(2)
A notice under subsection (1)(b) must invite submissions and comments from the public about the draft report by a specified date (the submission closing date).
(3)
The submission closing date must be at least 90 days after the date on which the notice is published on the internet.
