23 Publication of adjusted rates for component levy amounts
(1)
The Secretary must publish each applicable rate for a component levy amount determined in accordance with Schedule 2 for each financial year before 1 June in the financial year preceding that financial year—
(a)
in the Government Gazette; and
(b)
on the Department's internet site.
(2)
In this section—
applicable rate has the meaning given by section 22(5).
