57 Information on which assessment or reassessment is made
(1)
The Secretary may make an assessment or reassessment on the information that the Secretary has from any source at the time the assessment or reassessment is made.
(2)
If the Secretary has insufficient information to make an exact assessment of a levy liability, the Secretary may make an assessment or reassessment by way of estimate.
