72 Objection lapses if there is non-compliance with an additional information notice
An objection lapses—
(a)
if the objector does not comply with an additional information notice before the end of the day specified in that notice; or
(b)
if the Secretary decides to extend or refuses to extend time under section 71(3) and the objector does not give the information by the date specified in the notice under section 71(4).
