12A Delegation
For the purposes of section 15 of the Act, the following powers of the Regulator are not delegable—
(a)
the power to give a report to Parliament under section 16ZM of the Child Wellbeing and Safety Act 2005;
(b)
the power to give a report to Parliament under section 41O of the Child Wellbeing and Safety Act 2005.
