5 Prescribed social services
For the purposes of the definition of social service in section 3(1) of the Act, the following social services are prescribed—
(a)
child protection services;
(b)
community‑based child and family services;
(c)
disability services;
(d)
family violence services;
(e)
homelessness services;
(f)
out of home care services;
(g)
secure welfare services;
(h)
sexual assault services;
(i)
supported residential services.
