18 Determinations for annual adjustments in relation to Members
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the Tribunal must make a Determination providing for an annual adjustment to the values set in the current Determination under section 17.
(2)
The Tribunal must not make a Determination under subsection (1) if a Determination has been made under section 17(1) or (7) in the preceding period of 9 months.
