22 Determinations for annual adjustments in relation to executives employed in public service bodies
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the Tribunal must make a Determination providing for an annual adjustment to the values set in the current Determination under section 21.
(2)
The Tribunal must not make a Determination under subsection (1) if a Determination has been made under section 21 in the preceding period of 9 months.
