23 Determination in relation to matter requested by the Minister
(1)
The Minister may request the Tribunal to make a Determination in relation to any matter relating to the remuneration of executives employed in prescribed public entities and executives employed in public service bodies being a matter in respect of which the Tribunal has the power to make a Determination.
(2)
The Tribunal must make a Determination in relation to a request under subsection (1) within a reasonable period after receiving the request.
(3)
Sections 24 and 26 do not apply to a Determination made under this section.
