23B Determinations for annual adjustments in relation to Mayors, Deputy Mayors and Councillors
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the Tribunal must make a Determination providing for an annual adjustment to the values set in the current Determination under section 23A.
(2)
The Tribunal must not make a Determination under subsection (1) if a Determination has been made under section 23A in the preceding period of 9 months.
