25 When does a Determination take effect
Subject to section 17(6) and subsections (3) and (4), a Determination has effect from the day specified in the Determination.
The day specified in a Determination to which subsection (1) applies may be a day before it is made.
The first Determination made under section 19(1) takes effect on the day after the expiry of the period of 12 months from the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
The first Determination made under section 21(1) takes effect on the day after the expiry of the period of 6 months from the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
A Determination made under section 18, 20 or 22 takes effect on 1 July of the year in which the Determination is made.
