26 Tabling and publication of Determinations
(1)
The Chair must provide a copy of a Determination relating to Members to the Clerk of each House of Parliament as soon as practicable after it is made.
(2)
The Clerk of each House of Parliament must as soon as practicable after receiving a copy of a Determination relating to Members—
(a)
notify each Member of that House that the Determination has been received; and
(b)
make copies of the Determination available to Members of that House; and
(c)
cause the Determination to be laid before that House on the next sitting day.
(3)
As soon as practicable after a Determination is made, the Chair must publish the Determination.
