949 Sentencing procedure in Koori Court (Criminal Division)
(1)
For section 520(3)(b) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 substitute—
"(b) a youth justice custodial worker or a youth justice community worker; or".
(2)
In section 520(6) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005, for "358" substitute "211 of the Youth Justice Act 2024".
