(1)
In section 529(1) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005—
(a)
in paragraph (b)(i), for "378(1)(e)" substitute "257(2)(e) of the Youth Justice Act 2024";
(b)
in paragraph (b)(ii), for "Schedule 3" substitute "Chapter 17 of the Youth Justice Act 2024".
(2)
In section 529(3) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005, after "justice" insert "custodial".
