In section 521 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005—
(a)
for "applies" substitute "and the Youth Justice Act 2024 apply";
(b)
after "this Act" (where secondly occurring) insert "or the Youth Justice Act 2024";
(c)
for "586" substitute "241 of the Youth Justice Act 2024".
