953 Sentencing procedure in Neighbourhood Justice Division
In section 520E of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005—
(a)
in subsection (2), after "this Act" insert "or the Youth Justice Act 2024";
(b)
in subsection (2)(b), for "a youth justice officer" substitute "a youth justice custodial officer or a youth justice community worker";
(c)
in subsection (5), for "358" substitute "211 of the Youth Justice Act 2024".
