(1)
Section 597(1)(b) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 is repealed.
(2)
In section 597(3) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005, for ", (1)(a)(v) or (1)(b)" substitute "or (1)(a)(v)".
(3)
In section 597(4) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005, for ", (1)(a)(v) or (1)(b)" substitute "or (1)(a)(v)".
