968 Appointment of Aboriginal elders or respected persons
In section 536 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005—
(a)
in subsection (1), after "this Act" insert "or the Youth Justice Act 2024";
(b)
in subsection (3), for "him or her" substitute "the aboriginal elder or respected person".
