16 Staff
The Board may from time to time appoint such persons as are necessary for the purposes of the administration of this Act.
Subject to any relevant award or agreement under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 the terms and conditions of persons employed by the Board are such as the Board determines.
The Board may engage under a contract for services such professional, technical or other assistance as the Board considers necessary to assist it in the effective administration of this Act.
Part 3 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 does not apply to or in relation to the members of the staff of the Board.
