6 Board established
(1)
There is established by this subsection a body to be known as the Building and Construction Industry Training Board.
(2)
The Board is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and is capable of —
(a)
acquiring, holding and disposing of real and personal property; and
(b)
suing and being sued; and
(c)
doing and suffering all such acts and things as bodies corporate may lawfully do and suffer.
(3)
The Board does not represent, and is not an agent or servant of, the Crown.
