3 This Act shall be read as one with the Building and Construction Industry Training Levy Act 1990 (see s. 3 of that Act).
4 The Building and Construction Industry Training Fund and Levy Collection Amendment Act 1998 s. 7(2) reads as follows:
A person holding office as a member of the Board immediately before the day on which this Act comes into operation ceases to hold office on that day but, subject to the principal Act as amended by this Act, is eligible for reappointment to the Board.
