Fund, application of

In force

There shall be paid from the moneys from time to time in the Fund —

(a)

the remuneration and allowances payable to members and other persons referred to in section 16; and

(b)

any moneys the Board has agreed to pay to a collection agency for carrying out functions under this Act; and

(c)

interest on and repayment of moneys borrowed under section 20; and

(d)

all expenditure approved by the Board as a result of implementing operational plans approved by the Minister under section 8; and

(e)

any refund under section 21(3), 22 or 23; and

(f)

all other expenditure lawfully incurred by the Board in the exercise or performance of its functions.
