7 Board, functions of
The functions of the Board are —
to ensure the efficient collection of levy; and
to control and administer the Fund; and
by the allocation of resources of the Fund, to provide for, or support, training programmes and research the aim of which is to improve the quality of training, and to increase the number of skilled persons, in the building and construction industry; and
to formulate operational plans in accordance with section 8; and
to implement operational plans approved by the Minister under section 8.
The Board may do all things necessary or convenient to be done for, or in connection with, the performance of its functions.
