14 Application of Judges’ Salaries and Pensions Act 1950

(1)

The provisions of the Judges’ Salaries and Pensions Act 1950, that relate to pensions apply, with such modifications as circumstances require, to each District Court judge and to a surviving spouse, de facto partner or child of a District Court judge after the judge’s death in the same manner as they apply to and in respect of a judge of the Supreme Court appointed as such after the coming into operation of that Act, and to a surviving spouse, de facto partner or child of a Supreme Court judge, and for the purpose the term “judge” in that Act includes a District Court judge.
