66 Solicitor and client costs, witness expenses
The fees to be allowed to legal practitioners for appearing or acting on behalf of a party to an action or other proceeding shall be in accordance with any costs determination, and the expenses to be paid to witnesses shall be according to the scale, for the time being in force, in the Supreme Court.
