Appointment of registrars and other officers

(1)

The Governor may appoint a Principal Registrar and such registrars, deputy registrars and other officers as may be required for the conduct of the business of the Court throughout the State, and all such officers shall severally hold office under and subject to, the provisions of Part 3 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994.
