43 Exercise of criminal jurisdiction
(1)
The jurisdiction referred to in section 42 is to be exercised subject to —
(a)
The Criminal Code; and
(b)
the Criminal Procedure Act 2004.
(2)
This Act does not affect the operation of the Criminal Appeals Act 2004 in respect of decisions and judgments of the Court.
