62KA Annual returns in relation to continued registration
(1)
The secretary of a registered political party must, in the period beginning on 1 June and ending on 30 June each year, lodge a return with the Electoral Commissioner in relation to its continued eligibility for registration under this Part.
(2)
The return must be —
(a)
in an approved form; and
(b)
accompanied by any documents specified in the approved form.
(3)
However, the secretary of a registered political party is not required to lodge a return if, at the beginning of the period referred to in subsection (1), the party has been registered for less than 6 months.
