62M Public inspection and notice of register

(1)

The Electoral Commissioner is to make the register of political parties available at the office of the Electoral Commissioner and allow public inspection of the register without fee.

(2)

As soon as practicable after the issue of a writ for an election, the Electoral Commissioner is to publish in the Gazette —

(a)

a list of the names of all political parties included in the register; and

(b)

a list of the names of the registered officers of the political parties.
