14A Types of premises prescribed (Act s. 77(5a)(b))
Premises to which one of the following licences relates are prescribed for the purposes of section 77(5a)(b) —
(a)
a casino liquor licence;
(b)
a club licence;
(c)
a hotel restricted licence;
(d)
a producer’s licence.
