25 Requirements for money payable under Act
(1)
The Director may require in a particular case that money payable under the Act be paid by electronic funds transfer, by bank or other financial institution cheque or in cash.
(2)
Money payable under the Act must be paid —
(a)
at the office of the Director; or
(b)
as otherwise determined by the Director.
