Distance prescribed (Act s. 77A)

For the purposes of section 77A, the following distances are prescribed —

(a)

for packaged liquor premises in the metropolitan region — 5 km;

(b)

for all other packaged liquor premises — 12 km.

(2)

The distances referred to in subregulation (1) are to be calculated using the shortest route by road.
