18EBA Persons prescribed (Act s. 115AC(1A), 152K(1A), 152NZC(1), 152NZT(1) secure webpage)
For the purposes of the definition of secure webpage paragraph (c) in each of sections 115AC(1A), 152K(1A), 152NZC(1) and 152NZT(1), each of the following persons is prescribed —
(a)
an authorised officer;
(b)
a person employed or engaged in the Department.
