21 Notice of decision
(1)
The Minister must give the applicant written notice of a decision under regulation 18(1).
(2)
If the decision is to approve the draft site plan, the notice must include any conditions and the date of approval.
(3)
If the decision is to refuse to approve the draft site plan, the notice must include the reasons for the refusal.
