48 Site plan summary
(1)
This regulation applies if an approved site plan is in force.
(2)
The Minister may make publicly available on a website maintained by, or on behalf of, the Department —
(a)
a site plan summary submitted under regulation 22; and
(b)
a varied site plan summary submitted under regulation 42.
