32 Matters to be considered in reviews
In relation to the predictions set out in Part A of the approved site plan, the matters to be considered in a review are the following —
the experience gained about the predictions;
the carrying out of the operations in the approved site plan;
the monitoring of migration pathways.
In relation to the plans and programs set out in Part B of the approved site plan that are described in subregulation (3), the matters to be considered in a review are the following —
the evolution of industry best practice;
the carrying out of the operations in the approved site plan.
For the purposes of subregulation (2), the plans and programs are the following —
a plan for monitoring and verification;
a program for detecting and monitoring leakages of greenhouse gas substances during injection;
a program for detecting and monitoring leakages of greenhouse gas substances from well bores;
a plan for carrying out any work that is required to remediate the formation.
