365 Compliance with certain provisions
It is a condition of an MAI insurer licence that the licensed insurer complies with the following provisions:
(a)
section 66 (Accepting liability—payment of defined benefits);
(b)
section 315 (Premium that can be charged by licensed insurer);
(c)
section 317 (Licensed insurer to apply for approval of premiums);
(d)
section 401 (Licensed insurer to have business plan);
(e)
section 402 (Licensed insurer to comply with business plan);
(f)
section 403 (Licensed insurer to revise business plan);
(g)
section 405 (Reinsurance arrangements of licensed insurers);
(h)
section 412A (Notice of reportable conduct).
