370 Compliance with ACAT orders
(1)
It is a condition of an MAI insurer licence that the licensed insurer complies with an order of the ACAT made in relation to a decision under this Act not later than 14 days after—
(a)
if no appeal from the order is made—the appeal period for the order has ended; or
(b)
if an appeal from the order is made—the appeal has been finally decided.
(2)
In this section:
appeal means an appeal from a decision of the ACAT under the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008, section 79 (Appeals within tribunal) or section 86 (Appeals to Supreme Court).
appeal period means the period mentioned in section 200 (2) (External review—time for appeal).
