378 MAI insurer licence—prohibited conditions
(1)
An MAI insurer licence must not be subject to any of the following conditions:
(a)
a condition that gives, or is likely to give, a competitive advantage to a licensed insurer over another licensed insurer;
(b)
a condition that requires a licensed insurer to obtain a share of the insurance market.
(2)
A condition mentioned in subsection (1) has no effect.
