374 Licensed insurer’s conduct and practices
It is a condition of an MAI insurer licence that the licensed insurer’s conduct and practices are consistent with—
(a)
the licensed insurer’s duty under section 20 (4) (Duty to act in good faith—applicants, claimants and insurers) to act in good faith; and
(b)
the objects of this Act.
