Compliance with directions and remediation plans

In force

It is a condition of an MAI insurer licence that the licensed insurer complies with the following:

(a)

any direction given to the insurer by the MAI commission under section 394G;

(b)

any remediation plan approved by the MAI commission under section 394I (5) (a).
