381 Offence—unlicensed insurer contravening licence condition
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person is not a licensed insurer; and
(b)
the person engages in conduct that would, if the person was a licensed insurer, contravene a condition of an MAI insurer licence; and
(c)
the condition relates to a motor accident.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units.
Note Penalties imposed under this Act must be paid into the nominal defendant fund (see s 330).
