Provision

(1) A reference in a provision of the Australian Trade Commission Act 1985 specified in column 1 of Schedule 2 to a matter or thing specified in column 2 of that Schedule opposite to the provision so specified shall be read as including a reference to a matter or thing specified in column 3 of that Schedule opposite to the provision so specified.
(2) Expressions used in column 3 of Part I of Schedule 2 have the same respective meanings as in the Insurance Corporation Act.
(3) Expressions used in column 3 of Part II of Schedule 2 have the same respective meanings as in the Projects Corporation Act.
